This
company is able to provide a specialized service that can greatly increase the
life of your current ambulance module. This company shall first perform an
evaluation of the module’s electrical system, and record all amp draws. We specialize in converting the existing electrical system with an
alternative source that we will be more user friendly, more cost effective, and
more easily serviceable. By converting
the electrical system to generator power, we aim to decrease the down time that
your module spends at the repair shop, due to engine failures which is caused by
overloading, to obtain the adequate D-C voltage needed to power your module.
Proposed services:
A. Conversion of Module Electrical system from Alternator power to Generator power. This consists of removing all current components such as high idlers, inverters, load mangers, sequencers, master cutoff switches, and additional non-factory air conditioner system. Equipping the module with a self-sustaining generator unit and a power converter that converts 120 volts A-C current to 12-volt D-C power. Thus allowing the chassis engine to provide the performance it was intended too, and increasing its life. Equipping the module with a true 120-volt air conditioning system, which consists of modifying an exterior compartment to accommodate the air conditioning system, towards the rear of the module facing towards the front of the module, to allow cold air to flow onto the patients face and the attending EMT. This air conditioning system will be power off the generator 120-volt source. The air conditioner will also be wired off the module’s shore power outlet so that the module can be ran while at the department’s station and pre-cooling or preheating the patient compartment for the next emergency run.
